Brake Inertia Dynamometers : We manufacture brake inertia dynamometers from 2 wheeler applications to railway brake application. The machine’s control systems are custom built to suit the customers requirement. Relevant standards test are built into the system as applcable. For example, the four wheeler dynos use the SAE standards, heavy duty truck dynos use the SAE and FMVSS standards and the railway application uses the UIC standards. Fully computerized system make it very simple for the end user to run the tests. We have a full range of dynos from 2 Kgms² to 320 Kgms² inertias.

Friction Coefficient Test Rig (Chase Tester) : The friction coefficient test rig is designed to test the friction material as per SAE J661 and IS2742 standards. It can also simulate user conditions which can be programmed by the user for R&D and Quality use. It is fully computerized and is programmable to study friction reaction against speed, load, temperature and wear. Software also provides multiple report unit modes – FPS/MKS systems.
Scale Friction Test Rig : The scale friction test rig is designed to test the friction material. It can also run user conditions which can be programmed by the user for R&Duse. It is fully computerized and is programmable to study friction reaction against torque, temperature and wear. The difference between the FCTR and the SFTR lies in the methods of test. The FCTR is a constant load device and the SFTR is a constant torque device.
Centrifugal Clutch Test Rig : The centrifugal clutch test rig conducts clutch-in test, clutch-tight test, gradient test and endurance tests on two wheeler centrifugal clutches. It is a fully computerized rig which is user friendly and produces automated reports. Parameters such as input speed, output speed, input torque can be controlled from the control software.
Multi plate Clutch Test Rig : The multi plate clutch test rig conducts acceleration and braking (deceleration) tests on two wheeler multi plate clutch systems. It is a fully computerized rig which is user friendly and produces automated reports. Parameters such as input speed, output speed, input torque can be controlled from the control software.
Brake Pad Compressability Tester : The compressablity tester tests the compressability of brake pads under various temperatures and loading patterns.
Brake Pad Drag Tester : The drag tester tests the friction properties and wear characteristics of brake pad systems according to the relevant AK-MASTER schedules.
